We get a lot of the same questions from our guests – so we put together a page to assist you in your stay. Additional questions will be added as they come up.

Can I bring my own RV or tent to WOODs?
No, we do not have space on site designated to hosting outside tents or RVs.

Do you offer buyouts or weddings?
We don't host weddings. Wedding groups do often book accommodations on their own. Groups typically just do their own bookings. If you need help coordinating a group or looking for spots email us and we would be happy to help.

What do I need to bring?
WOODS provides cookware, dishes, utensils, bedding, shampoo, body wash and towels. All you need to bring are your clothes, shoes, and any non-essentials.

What is the cancellation policy?
WOODS has a 48-hour cancellation notice in effect for the WOODS Motel. Airstreams and Cabins require 30 days cancellation notice. Please see full cancelation policy in our Terms & Conditions page.

Is there WiFi at WOODS?
Yes! All units have complimentary WiFi.

Do you offer daily housekeeping?
Not at the moment, but we do provide towels, coffee, etc. upon request throughout your stay.

Do the Airstreams allow room for baby cot or highchair?
The Airstreams generally do not have enough extra space for a baby cot or highchair.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in time: 4 pm | Check out time: 11 am | No checkins after 11 pm

How far in advance can I book a reservation?
Reservations are able to be made a year in advance.

What are the rules around pets?
Please refer to our pet policy to see what staying at WOODS means for your furry family members.

Can we burn a wood camp fire?
We provided propane fire pits. We strictly prohibit any burning of wood onsite.

What is the age of a Child versus an Adult for a booking
A child is 12 and under. Any guest over 12 is considered an Adult with respect to a booking.
