Into the WOODS

This property was formerly the Inn on Pender which was here since the early 90’s.  In 2015 we completely renovated all the existing structures including the Motel, Restaurant and the 3 existing log cabins.  We also added 6 Airstreams.  Since then, WOODS on Pender has become the ultimate modern camp experience—a beautiful juxtaposition of the rustic outdoors and the comfortable amenities of home. We now have 10 Airstreams, a Rover, 3 Rustic Cabins, a Massage Airstream and the Coffee + Kitchen Restaurant.

Situated on North Pender Island, one of the Southern Gulf Islands with a moderate Northern Mediterranean climate, WOODS on Pender is in between Victoria and Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland and Vancouver.  We are just minutes from the Otter Bay Ferry Terminal that connects to Swartz Bay (Victoria) and Tsawwassen on the Lower Mainland.  Our summers are predicability dry with very little rain fall.

WOODS on Pender features the Coffee + Kitchen farm-to-table restaurant and three unique accommodation options: Airstreams, Rustic Cabins, and the WOODS Motel. With an array of local activities and the addition of the WOODS Massage Airstream, your stay at WOODS is set up to be the much needed getaway you’ve been searching for.
